The Web Support Center (WSC) was established in 2018 by the Chamber of Commerce to support corporate websites, with a consortium of 14 specialized companies supporting 500~600 businesses every year.
Since 2020, WSC has stood on its own as a purely private, professional consortium support center with over 1,000 member companies, independent of government or Chamber funding.
Today, customers no longer type into search boxes — they ask AI like ChatGPT and Gemini.
A company that AI cannot find is invisible to customers. The way to survive is clear: become the company AI finds and recommends first.
Through the Spider Project and our AI Optimization Support Program, WSC builds SEO · AEO · GEO-optimized multilingual websites and 10-language company blogs so our members are better surfaced, cited, and recommended in AI search.
