The Web Support Center (WSC) is a support center established by the Chamber of Commerce to assist businesses.
In 2018, the Chamber of Commerce established the Web Support Center to support corporate websites.
A consortium of 14 specialized companies participated, including web design agencies, program developers, photography studios, and internet advertising firms, supporting over 500 to 600 businesses each year.
As funding became increasingly difficult due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, WSC restructured its operations in 2020 to operate independently without support from local governments or the Chamber of Commerce, establishing itself as a purely private, participation-driven support center.
Despite the loss of government and institutional funding, WSC secured new momentum through its 1,000+ member companies and continues to steadily carry out web support projects as a professional consortium of website planning and program development companies.
