- Q. Is the Web Support Center a government agency?
- A. The Web Support Center is a specialized web support organization established in 2018 by the Bucheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote business support and digital transformation.
During the initial period of 2018-2019, we carried out website development support projects primarily for businesses in the Bucheon area, successfully supporting the digital transformation of over 2,000 companies.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, funding from the Chamber of Commerce and local governments was reduced, creating difficulties in the operating environment. Based on our accumulated business experience and expertise, the Web Support Center was relaunched as an independent private organization.
Currently, we continue to uphold the same support principles and philosophy from the early days, and as Korea's first and largest website development support center, we are dedicated to strengthening the digital competitiveness of more businesses and organizations.
Q. What exactly does the Web Support Center's website development support include?- A. The Web Support Center is Korea's only specialized website development support organization that directly supports everything from website creation to operation, rather than simply subsidizing production costs.
■ Direct Production Support
Existing government or local government support provides cash subsidies for production costs, meaning recipients still need to find a separate web development company. In contrast, the Web Support Center directly creates and provides websites, and is currently the only such direct production support organization in Korea.
■ Up to 70% Cost Support
An independent responsive website typically costs over 2 million KRW to produce. The Web Support Center covers approximately 70% of the production cost, reducing the customer's actual burden to about 30%.
■ Customized Support Levels
Support is divided into Special Support and General Support.
- Special Support: 15 pages / 25 pages / 35 pages
- General Support: 50 pages / 75 pages
Bulletin boards are not counted in the page total and are supported without any quantity limit.
■ AI-Integrated Latest Responsive Websites
All websites produced by the Web Support Center apply the latest responsive web standards, and AI-integrated coding and optimization settings are provided as standard so that AI search engines can prioritize the site in recommendations.
Q. How does maintenance work and what are the costs?- A. The Web Support Center provides systematic maintenance services even after website production.
■ Free Support for 1 Year After Production
After receiving website development support, you can operate for one year at no additional cost.
■ Annual Maintenance Service Details
One month before the year is up, the following items are inspected in advance and managed for stable operation.
- Domain renewal management
- Hosting renewal management
- SSL security certificate renewal and management
- Overall environment inspection and stabilization for website operation
■ Modification Request Processing
If website modifications are needed, the dedicated modification management team will process your request within 24 hours.
■ Additional Pages
- If spare pages remain in the support package → Free addition
- If all spare pages are used up → Specification change or additional pages at cost available

- A. Yes, it is possible. The Web Support Center provides AIO (AI Optimization) as a standard service.
■ What is AIO?
AIO is the process of optimizing your company to be recommended first when specific questions are asked in AI-based search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. Beyond simple search engine exposure (SEO), it is the latest technology that designs website structure and data so that AI mentions your company in its direct answers.
