❺ Delay in production start and automatic cancellation
If the customer has fully paid the self-payment after applying for production but has not provided any materials or expressed any intention to start production for one year, the application will be automatically cancelled.
In this case, the paid self-payment will not be refunded for any reason.
However, if production is resumed after one year by mutual agreement, additional costs may be incurred according to the Center's revised pricing policy.

Maintenance requests are submitted through the Center's 'Member Company Modification Support'.
Unless there are special issues, the Center processes or responds within 24 hours after receipt.
Special issues refer to cases where work time, difficulty, or additional costs are involved, which are handled after mutual consultation.
Termination of maintenance and data provision
If the customer engages in excessive behavior or unreasonable demands toward the Center or workers, the Center may suspend maintenance and terminate the contract.
(Remaining period calculated for management fee settlement)
In this case, the Center will back up and provide the customer's website data before terminating the contract.
Excessive behavior and demands include the following:
- Verbal abuse, disparagement, or rude language toward workers
- Repeated reversal of the same requests
- Demands for complete rework of deliverables
- Excessive demands beyond the scope of the contract
- Unreasonable requests or refusals without understanding support specifications
- All cases where the Center determines contract maintenance is impossible
